51 Assets in Seribu Islands Attached Barcodes

The Seribu Islands Regional Asset Management Agency is in the process of installing barcodes on a number of assets belonging to the Jakarta Provincial Government which are spread across its territory.

Seribu Islands Regional Asset Management Agency Head, Heldah expressed the barcodes installation on building assets and buildings starts from June 14-15. Until now, there are 51 assets on eight islands that have been assigned a barcode.

Barcode installation is carried out in accordance with Governor Regulation Number 57/2023 on Regional Apparatus OTK. In this regulation, his party is tasked with coordinating and also assisting the implementation of the BMD inventory for PD/OPD in Seribu Islands.

"We do this installation periodically and gradually," he expressed, Friday (6/16).

He detailed the number of temporary building asset barcodes installed in Seribu Islands that had been running on Kelapa Island (one register), Harapan Island (five registers).

Then Panggang Island (five registers), Pramuka Island (17 registers), Karya Island (11 registers), Untung Jawa Island seven (registers), and Tidung Island (three registers). Besides the island, barcode installation is also carried out at Mitra Praja in two registers.

"In this barcode, there is data on the type of building, date of construction, location, and others. Hopefully, with this barcode system, ownership of assets can be clear," he hoped.

Seribu Islands Economic and Development Administration Assistant, Iwan P Samosir said that installing this barcode is very important and is a measurable activity. This barcode is installed on all types of goods, both movable and immovable.

The Jakarta Regional Asset Management Agency (BPAD) has also classified goods inventory cards (KIB). Among them are KIB A for land, KIB B for equipment, KIB C for buildings, KIB D, irrigation roads, and networks and KIB E for assets.

"I ask all PD/OPD to be serious. Therefore, I ask for the cooperation of all parties to immediately complete data collection in Seribu Islands," he stated.
